Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our international warehouses, depending on the product and region.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests made after this window will be denied—but don’t worry, you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our fulfilment centres. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and typically take 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, they are shipped the next business day. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and seasonal drops, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us at support@pixelexotics.com.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in GBP. However, you may be subject to import duties or taxes once your order reaches its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Pixel Exotics is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.


How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please email us at support@pixelexotics.com with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a short description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card provider for more details.
